Essential Job Responsibilities

J5X conducts sensitive activities planning in support of global requirements. Divisions are tasked to produce strategic-level, systematic analysis that enables efficient, globally synchronized application of Special Operations Forces (SOF).
TASK PURPOSE
Provide analysis and executive-level strategy products for each of the strategic threats identified in the National Defense StrategyâRussia, China, Iran, North Korea (DPRK), and Violent Extremist Organizations (VEOs)âto enable efficient and globally integrated application of SOF. Products include SOF-specific campaign strategies and plans to supplement Global Campaign Plans, support global integration, provide globally-oriented strategic analysis, orient USSOCOM resourcing and force allocation processes, and deliver systems expertise and advice to USSOCOM leadership.

Apply subject matter expertise and applicable regulations and guidance to perform document review for release.

Seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team providing incident response support for a large corporate network. Primary responsibilities are real-time network monitoring, alert investigation & classification, and executing incident response in accordance with established procedures. This position is in support of a 24x7 cybersecurity operation, and the selected candidate will be required to work weekends, evening/night shifts, and some holidays. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in similar operations centers, and be knowledgeable about a wide range of potential alerts. The Sheetmetal Department is a highly versatile team of craftsmen that are responsible for fabricating, assembling and installing a wide variety of Components on Aircraft Carriers, Submarines and other Surface Ships. We are seeking a Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Senior Analyst to support our intelligence research and intelligence operations for our USARPAC customer. Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the accuracy, production, and timeliness of various OPIR products and services for a variety of users. Responsible for characterization of data derived from Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) sensor systems. Interprets OPIR data to provide assessments to supported worldwide customers. Produces and disseminates OPIR-derived Intelligence products. Produces advanced analysis of OPIR data and assesses the accuracy of information contained in reports, evaluating the collection results in order to integrate data into interim and final OPIR GEOINT or all-source production; performs quality control of all intelligence production. Provides technical guidance to supported customer on all facets of the Requirements Tasking Processing Exploitation Dissemination (RTPED) process with regard to OPIR operations.
Serves as a senior OPIR analyst. Provides input for the creation, implementation and maintenance of new processes, projects, policies, and toolsets. Responds to formal, informal requests for support and requests for information (RFI) from a variety of users and supported customers from national level intelligence agencies and the joint/sister services.
Expert knowledge of the operations of the United States Army Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)Enterprise, principles, concepts and methodology. Expert knowledge of the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG). Comprehensive knowledge of GEOINT concepts, principles, and practices sufficient to orchestrate the use of unique sensors. Knowledge of a wide range of concepts, principles, methodologies, and techniques associated with intelligence mission requirements and intelligence resource program allocations. Extensive skill in GEOINT and OPIR production and reporting formats, standards, and mechanisms and ability to research, analyze and prepare written reports and present briefings. Knowledge of the systems development process. Skill in applying this knowledge to difficult and complex work assignments and to the development of new methods, approaches, or procedures.
Employee to exercise considerable initiative, resourcefulness and seasoned judgment to make interpretations and appropriate deviations in developing new methods and criteria to resolve problems that have been particularly resistant to solutions. Recommends new policy/programs in order to facilitate GEOINT production.

Minimum Qualifications
5-8 Years with Bachelors or 3-6 Years with Masters or 0-3 Years with PhD or JD or HS diploma + 9-12 years of relevant experience.
5 yearsâ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis.
Detailed knowledge of various GEOINT collection sensors, platforms, and sources within collection disciplines, including associated collection strategies and tasking procedures for overhead persistent infrared (OPIR).
Detailed knowledge of a wide range of GEOINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking.
Detailed knowledge of targeting principals associated with GEOINT platforms, publicly available information, and open source networks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proof read, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings.

Preferred Requirements
Previous experience working GEOINT analytical support with a focus on PRC is highly preferred.
Prior service Army Geospatial Intelligence Imagery Analyst (35G)
2 Yearsâ experience supporting USARPAC GEOINT Intelligence analysis.
4 Yearsâ experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence and or operations.
Working knowledge of GEOINT sub-disciplines to include but are not limited to Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR) Thermal Infrared (TIR), Spectral, Electro-Optical (EO), Moving Target Indicator (MTI), Full Motion Video (FMV), non-imaging infrared and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR).
Knowledge of Socet GXP, IEC, NES, ENVI, AGITK, eTPR, VAP, Cedalion, ArcGIS and ESRI tools and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, word processing
