At least 8 - 10 years of leadership experience in a research and development role with a minimum of six years of proven experience in leading teams consisting of 6-8 members
At least 4 years of experience and proficiency in consumer testing methodologies and research techniques such as human centered design thinking
Master’s or advanced degree in Food Science, Nutrition or related scientific discipline.
