Summary of Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field; Master’s degree preferred
7 years of technical product management/product ownership
5 years successful delivery of foundational and innovative technologies to meet strategic business goals
3 years of experience managing product delivery and release in an agile environment
3 years of experience coaching and mentoring other team members
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Superior oral and written communication skills
Able to use communication skills to influence outcomes without direct authority
Able to use analytic skills to track and improve product and portfolio success criteria
Able to understand complex interdependencies of product delivery
Able to make trade-off decisions on multiple features in a portfolio
Hands on experience writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements
Able to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
Exhibits expertise across multiple products and an ability to build and maintain close relationships with stakeholders to drive efficiencies
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity
Able to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
