• Experience with AWS Connect, Genesys, Oracle Service Cloud, and other applicable contact center business systems, 5 years
• Functional experience in contact center operations, 5 years
• Systems design, testing and implementation using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, 5 years
• Project management, 2 years
• Script development and application testing, 2 years
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Ability to convey technical information in an accessible and understandable manner
• Experience writing functional documents including release notes, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
• Analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of functional area business objectives, strategies and workflow processes
• Knowledge of business requirements management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
