Description

This role will be responsible for selecting and working with first generation college student partner organizations, selecting participants (both internal and external), training mentors, developing and delivering curriculum, evaluating future student and program needs, managing the summer extern program, and working with students hired at Apple. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who will work cross functionally with internal and external partners. Curriculum design and development will be on the basis of a needs assessment done with the mentors and mentees spearheaded by this leader. Project management includes creating events to engage the students, entirely managing summer extern program, and managing the annual application process. Will continue to work with successful Apple hires throughout their careers with us.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Education, Development or Related Field
