Program Manager, Sales and Service Operations

Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for assisting the VP of Sales Operations in coordinating activities and resources in support of sales operations projects in managing, planning and reporting on programs and projects from conception through implementation.

Job Description

This position reports into the Director, Sales and Service Technology and Operations and the Program Manager and will receive guidance from Mentor Sales Operations work stream leads. This role includes but is not limited to:

  • FinancialManagement support including but not limited to assisting inupdating/managing resource information, maintaining monthly actual and reforecastingprocess, balancing year to date and to ensure adhering to all requiredprocesses i.e. Project Change Requests, Close process, Financialreporting.

  • Leadthe development/management of multiple detailed project plans in theappropriate tools that defines the scope, deliverables, resourcing, andschedule that supports business goals in collaboration with business andtechnical teams and other key stakeholders.

  • Processand track invoices and monitor all project expenses; including, PurchaseRequisitions and Purchase Orders using the provided financial systems,maintaining the details in the necessary tools for the salestransformation program.

  • Buildand lead highly effective project teams to execute develop program plans

  • Performother duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements

Experience with project management and analysis tools for reporting, requirements analysis, and financial management as required.

  • AdvancedMicrosoft Excel as well as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Teams.

  • ProjectFinancial Accounting experience including forecasting, resource planning,financial reconciliation, procurement

  • Provenbackground in creating and leading highly effective teams

  • Highlydetailed, analytical and problem solving abilities.

  • Strongtechnical, financial and business communication skills, orally and inwriting, and able to take the initiative to resolve problems.

  • Self-driven,highly motivated, familiar working effectively in a fast-paced, extremelydynamic environment, and experience working on global teams.

  • Soundknowledge of fiscal planning and contract management.

  • Consistentdemonstration of professional judgment. Able to prioritize.

  • Ableto work independently and collaborate across the organization.

  • Abilityto analyze issues and situations systematically and make soundrecommendations.

  • Abilityto recommend practical ways using innovation, good judgment, creativityand strategic thinking.

  • Abilityto work with multiple cross-functional teams

Experience

  • Typicallyrequires 5-10 years related experience

  • PMPDesired

  • SalesForce and FinanciaForce Experience (Nice to have)

  • MicrosoftTeam and Microsoft planner experience (Nice To have)
