Experience developing workforce models in APAC, LATAM and EMEA regions
Proven track record in the design, implementation and execution of non-employee workforce strategies Vendor management (implementation and management to maturity) of external workforce suppliers including providers of MSP, VMS, FMS and BPO solutions.
Experience in leading partnerships with human resources for scalable global and business specific solves around workforce planning and encompassing the non-employee workforce into total talent planning
Experience in global compliance and supply chain management for business process outsourcing
Strong reporting and analytics skills
Experience with vendor management (VMS), Freelance Management (FMS) and HRIS systems
Global program rolls out / implementation experience a significant advantage
Provide SME level support and advise on related issues with experience in adapting to the cultural variations of doing business globally
Experience with Mac OS and iWork productivity suite
Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills are preferable
CCWP Certification would be beneficial
PMI or Six-sigma certification would be beneficial
Description
We are seeking a dedicated, resourceful and driven corporate professional to join Talent Mobility’s Contingent Labor Team in our Austin, TX location. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the end to end management of several project workstreams centered around building compliance and visibility into the non-employee workforce. Global experience managing different vendor outsourced models is required. Specific responsibilities and requirements of this role include: Project Management: As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams as part of the Talent Mobility Contingent Labor team. As a People Business Partner for Contingent Labor, you will be responsible for providing governance and oversight to the business in managing Apple non-employees. You will support the implementation of major projects bringing a focus on change management, strategic partnerships and communications management. As a key player within the Talent Management team, you will identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You will keep a tap on the market and advise on market conditions and trends that could impact / enhance program performance, as well as analyze the talent market and make recommendations. Communication: Ability to exchange information and present ideas, report facts and other information in a strategic, clear and concise manner by ensuring comms that are broad based and/or smaller in nature depending on the various circumstances. Strategic Partner: Ability to understand various business line nuances, market complexities, budget considerations, etc. You will partner with business leaders and advise on how to best source and deploy contingent resources, creating contingent labor recruitment strategies and sustainable processes, while keeping a compliance lens always in mind. Workforce Planning: Ability to support the transition of work across various outsourced / insourced vendor models. Internal and External Relationship Management: Develop, foster and grow professional and consultative relationships at all levels and across all functions.
Education & Experience
Minimum of BA/BS or equivalent is required. Master’s degree preferred.
