Responsibilities:
Gathers data and information for Production Orders, releases jobs and prepares productions paperwork/drawings.
Maintains records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, or specialized software packages (SAP, WMS, Teamcenter).
Performs the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organizational unit served.
Collaborates with production supervisors and leads to coordinate the production order releases and preparation.
What you must have:
Associates Degree.
Experience reading and analyzing front elevation and schematics for wiring.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and capability to promote new ideas and products.
Excellent project management skills.
Analytical thinking combined with conceptual and organizational abilities.
Team oriented personality who has the ability to work well by themselves or on a team in an international environment.
Proactive at executing daily tasks and achieving long-term goals.
Passionate commitment to the company vision.
