Responsibilities:

  • Gathers data and information for Production Orders, releases jobs and prepares productions paperwork/drawings.

  • Maintains records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, or specialized software packages (SAP, WMS, Teamcenter).

  • Performs the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organizational unit served.

  • Collaborates with production supervisors and leads to coordinate the production order releases and preparation.

What you must have:

  • Associates Degree.

  • Experience reading and analyzing front elevation and schematics for wiring.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and capability to promote new ideas and products.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Analytical thinking combined with conceptual and organizational abilities.

  • Team oriented personality who has the ability to work well by themselves or on a team in an international environment.

  • Proactive at executing daily tasks and achieving long-term goals.

  • Passionate commitment to the company vision.
