  • Results-oriented, upbeat and focused with a strong passion to learn and succeed.

Description

Lead a hard-working, worldwide team of engineers and project managers that create email, SMS and other direct-to-customer communications in a fast-paced, continually changing environment. Develop trusted relationships with engineering teams and partners to drive high quality and on time product delivery. Understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs with internal partners and engineering. Collaborate on a continuous basis with other engineering leads and product management track leaders, to share critical program tracks, review and assess impact of upcoming new features, identify requirements and prioritize these in respective roadmaps and Capital Plans. Focus on building best-in-class customer communications, work with cross-functional partners to future proof content and collaborate with all operational teams on the scalable processes and technologies.

Education & Experience

BA/BS required, Computer related degree preferred or combination of relevant work experience and education.

Additional Requirements

  • Technical leadership with experience in templating engines such as Apache Velocity.

  • Knowledge of fundamental software development concepts.

  • PMP and/or Scrum certifications.

  • Travel may be required.
