Position Overview
As part of the software sales team, participate in the sales process to facilitate sale of software.
Oversee, and whereappropriate, lead the engagement with customers and prospects to gatherhigh level customer business and technical requirements, understandexisting information technology infrastructure and determine customer’sbusiness needs as part of the sales effort.
Oversee and whereappropriate lead the effort to develop a trusted advisor status with ourcustomers, producing strong technical solution messaging to address howour software can improve their business.
Oversee and whereappropriate lead the effort to take customer requirements/data/process andmap it into OPcenter Execution (Semi Suite and Electronics Suite) and demoto customers to, explain why our solution is better fit for them thanother solutions
Oversee and guidethe selection of appropriate suites of technology, the development ofproposals for customer process improvement which ensure theinteroperability and effectiveness of the overall solution within the contextof the customer’s business.
Works on criticalassignments that requires the highest impact on the selling process.Provides guidance and mentoring to others on the capabilities and businessvalue of the Company's products and solutions.
Responsibilities
Demonstratesextensive knowledge of MOM Solutions (OPcenter Execution Core, ES, SS)
Develops a strongfunctional knowledge of the Teamcenter products
Help sales teamwith discovery phase of the sales process
Creates customdemonstrations, when necessary
Support accountmanagers in sales effort
Attends tradeshows
Responds toRequests for Proposals (RFPs)
Lead and deliversoftware demonstrations to clients
Conduct “sitesurvey assessments” to document current state, challenges with currentstate and map to be state for clients
Understand andexplain the value of the solution stack to clients
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Must have at least5+ years Software Presales (Engineering) experience in Semiconductorindustry or Electronics or General Manufacturing
Demonstratesextensive knowledge of MOM Solutions (OPcenter Execution Core, ES, SS),please have this term reflected in your resume if you have the experience!
Must be open to anaverage of 30% - 50% travel, mostly domestic (Once Covid is under control)
BS/BA in relateddiscipline is required
Must be able towork remote (virtual office)
Must haveself-learning abilities

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Experience as aconsultant in the MOM space (preferably in Semiconductor and Electronics)
MS, MBA in relateddiscipline.
Primarycontribution is in applying knowledge (product, industry, professional,technical) doing individual contributor work.
Good presentationskills to a wide variety of audience – from shop floor operators toC-Suite executives
Technical skillssuch as knowledge of relational databases and code development
Report writingskills with PowerBI and Tableu and database technologies includingSQL/Oracle
Knowledge ofOpcente Core / Camstar Enterprise Platform is a plus
· Understand and working experience with newer big data technologies, IoT experience
