La Petite Academy of Rio Rancho is Now Hiring Assistant Teachers! (We are located at 501 Quantum Rd NE Rio Rancho, NM 87124)
The Assistant Teacher supports the Teacher and/or Lead Teacher in planning and implementing the daily program for children, supervises the class when the Lead is out of the room, helps with meals, safety and assists in maintaining a clean and orderly room and Center.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
Help to maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

Job Requirements:
A High School diploma or equivalent
Willingness to obtain 45 hour certification to become Teacher qualified within 6 months of hire
Experience working in a licensed childcare facility preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
