Demand Creation & Execution Team Lead/Directorof Marketing
JobDescription:
This role leads a team of Demand Creation marketers that partner with central demand marketing functions (e.g. Campaign Management, Global Execution, Corporate Communications, Content Development, Industry Marketing, marketing operations) to develop annual plans and quarterly program plans to deliver pipeline and revenue goals supporting Global and Zone strategic sales priorities and continually review the campaign performance to ensure targets and goals are exceeded. As the team lead –this role is critical to ensure consistency in process and planning, standardize best practices and consolidate feedback to central marketing functions.
Role &Responsibilities:
Guidecentral execution planning team in developing annual and quarterly programplans to deliver pipeline and revenue goals for target industries.
Activelyengage central marketing teams (Campaign Management, Segments, etc.) to reviewplans, share local requirements, and provide feedback on global/regional programsand assets.
Managecross team service-level agreement (SLA) deliverables to ensure campaignsexecute on time strategies.
Teamwith senior leadership to define investment strategies/priorities, select &prioritize KPIs.
Maintain comprehensive details of marketing program budgets by industry across global and local execution.
Analyze Global and Local Industry/Campaign performance and forecasts across demand waterfall including pipeline volume and progression including specific views for segments and regions.
Activelyengage global and zone sales leadership to understand sales goals, identifymarketing and sales enablement requirements, and gather feedback on marketingactivities.
Communicateto and educate the sales and segment teams about new and planned marketingactivities, including global, regional and local programs.
Ensurethat all team members understand Global Executions & Enablement’s objectivesand work together to achieve it.
Guideday to day team activities, driving consistency, performance and accountability.
Setteam and individual targets, provide regular and consistent feedback onperformance.
Skillsand Abilities Required:
Thisposition requires an individual who has both marketing and sales knowledge withstrong planning, analytical, execution and communication skills.
Knowledgeof market, specific domain experience and the enthusiasm to communicate ourvision to the market while supporting our sales team is essential.
Deepknowledge of the B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities tomaximize demand generation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunityacceleration.
Able to market to a range of B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (e.g. whitepapers, case studies, webcasts) and delivery mechanisms (e.g. social, email, telephone, direct mail, events).
Fluentin demand generation performance management in a B2B environment, includingwithin the SiriusDecisions Demand Waterfall.
Ableto align tactical plans with strategies consistently producing results on timeand within budget.
Twoor more years working with direct or indirect sales teams in relevant marketsdeveloping regional or territory business plans.
ExtensiveInbound Marketing strategy/execution experience.
Highlymotivated, inquisitive and persistent.
Readilyadaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.
Highlycollaborative and goal/results oriented.
Fluentin English and highly effective at presenting across a wide range of functionaland organizational roles.

UndergraduateDegree
Proven marketing experience in the B2B software industry, specific domain experience is preferred.
Preference will be given to applicants from the Global Strategy & Marketing organization.
